Armelle si tu as du mal à définir cette danse que tu as (re)découverte, qui est pourtant pratiquée depuis des millénaires par les druides, chamans, vaudou, etc et est parfois appelée "transe" (transe-en-danse ?) c'est parce qu'elle ne peut être définie. Elle "est" ce qui est. Elle est la vie.   Tout comme la poésie et l'art en général, cet état particulier où la créativité afflux sans effort ne peut être enseigné, il ne peut qu'être découvert. Les maîtres Zen avaient pour habitude de toujours rappeler en introduction à tout dialogue qu'ils n'ont absolument rien à enseigner, et pour cause. L'enseignement Zen consiste surtout en un "désenchantement", en une guérison des hallucinations culturelles, collectives, liées à l'utilisation trop intensive des outils de conscientisation du monde réel extérieur.   La danse libre permet au corps et à l'esprit de se reconnecter. Parce que l'esprit EST le corps, essentiellement, et qu'il n'y a aucune bonne raison que l'esprit impose au corps ses propres avis. En effet un tableau de dirige pas son peintre, une chanson ne commande pas à son auteur, et une marionnette n'impose pas sa volonté à son marionnettiste, ça n'aurait aucun sens.
